Each piece serves as a tangible manifestation of the emotional honesty and resilience inherent in the female experience, represented by the careful choice of materials used to depict the final form. By harnessing the inherent textures and forms found in both natural organic materials and discarded construction debris, I seek to imbue my sculptures with a sense of narrative that addresses both the outward and inward nature of cultural and individual identity."
