How can I buy an artwork/s?
After clicking ‘Preview in a room’ and envisioning how your artwork will appear in your space, click on Add to cart and fill in your details and you will be directed to checkout. Once you receive an order confirmation, your artwork will be on its way!

Where can I find out more information about an artist I am interested in?
You can find the artist you're looking for by entering their name in the search bar on the website. On each artist’s profile, you can read about their story, go through their CV and read more on 'About the Artwork' to find out more. You may also visit our blog for further coverage on our artists!
Is there anyone I can speak to if I want to find out more information on the artist or artwork?
Emergeast representatives are always on hand to assist with all your queries! At the bottom right of your screen is our live chat feature and quick access to our Whats app! You can also contact us via the 'Contact' page or email us on [email protected]
Can I see the artwork/s I am interested in before acquiring it?
All artworks on Emergeast are located around the world. If you wish to see more of the artwork after viewing our ‘Preview in a Room’ feature, let us know through emailing us on [email protected]

Do I need to register or sign up to place an order?
To purchase an artwork/s registration you can register to create an account that will facilitate future acquisitions or simply checkout as a guest! Registering saves you time for future orders, as you can save your information to make purchases faster and easier.

Can I commission/customize artwork/s from one of your artists?
Absolutely! A 'Works on commission’ tag will appear on artist profiles under their 'Credentials' who are able to create an artwork based on your requirements. Alternatively, you can connect with an Emergeast art advisor to find out which artist can personalize your art needs!
Can you help corporations and individuals develop a great collection?

Does the artwork price include shipping?
The shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout based on your location. You can choose your location from the drop down menu by clocking on 'Calculate shipping'.
How is the shipping cost determined?
The shipping costs are based on the height, width and weight of the artwork and which country it is being shipped to. All shipping costs include packaging, insurance and transportation fees for a door-to-door delivery.
Will my artwork/s be shipped, rolled or framed?
Artworks are shipped rolled unless otherwise stated under ‘delivery-status’ in the artwork’s details. We are happy to assist with framing services should you require this, just let us know in your additional notes while ordering and a representative will be able to assist you!
Will I be receiving a Certificate of Authenticity with my delivery?
With every artwork, the artist will enclose a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity.
How long does it take to receive my artwork/s?
Your artwork/s will be packaged and dispatched as soon as you’ve submitted your order and will be at your doorstep after 3 to 7 business days unless otherwise stated by an Emergeast representative. All artwork/s are shipped as an express package through our shipping partners. You will receive a tracking reference number to follow your artwork/s’ journey to you!
Is there a refund policy?
Your artwork/s can be returned within 7 days from the day the artwork was delivered to your address if the artwork arrives damaged in any way. Get in touch with us at [email protected]
with the artwork's details and a representative will be able to assist you with its return.
